$5,000.00 Signing Bonus
Immediate position available for experienced commercial HVACR service technician in the Tampa Bay area. Seeking qualified candidates that can handle all aspects of maintaining and servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems for a large commercial client base covering the west coast of Florida.
Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
• Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems
• Knowledge of control and high voltage wiring
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to develop and build positive business relationships with clients
• Performs preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as need or requested by customers
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults and issues for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
• Equipment startup
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance and service functions
• Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
